Al Nahla Group Launches its Organizational Values
Al-Nahla Group launched its organizational values derived from the unique business life of its founder, H.E late Mr. Hassan Abbas Sharbatly.
The launched values focused on creating a common foundation for team spirit, based on well-established beliefs and principles, that cast its grounds to form an attractive and fruitful culture, based on trust, that would contribute to the group’s transformation program, and the development of a more effective work environment. These values represent: Morals, Vision Leadership, community service, integrity, empowerment, and consultation.

During the past months, the group had made two workshops to re-discover its values, which were held at the Muhammadiyah District Centre, attended and honored by H.E Mr. Ibrahim Hassan Sharbatly – Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors.
The participants represented all the companies of the group and its pillar for social responsibility, led by His Excellency Mr. Sultan Al-Turki – Executive General Manager, and Ms. Abeer Ibrahim Sharbatly – CEO of SAMACO Toys, 50 participants from its executive teams and members of Al Nahla, SAMACO Automotive, SAMACO Toys, SAMACO Marine, Al Amin Real Estate, and Mr. Abdul Latif Al-Naqly, General Supervisor of the Mr. Hassan Abbas Sharbatly Foundation for Community Service.
