SIGNING OF AL BAGHDADIYA COMPOUND CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT AGREEMENT BETWEEN AL-AMEEN REAL ESTATE AND UCCL
Al Baghdadiyah Compound, the Housing Project of Al Ameen Real Estate Company (Part of AlNahla Group) advanced into its next phase with the signing of a structural construction deal on 7th October,2021. Spread across 10,000 sqm, the project synthesizes modern, comfort, and convenient living. Spacious and architecturally designed the compound consists of around 269 Apartments (varied from 3 bedrooms to single bedroom apartment), Its construction is expected to be completed within 18 months.
The construction contract has been awarded to the United Constructors Contracting Co. LTD (UCCL). The Signing Event was hosted at Al Ameen Real Estate Offices in Jeddah, including the signing ceremony between Mr. Sultan Al Turki – CEO and Board Member of AlNahla Group & Companies, and Mr. Tarek Al Droubi – CEO of UCCL, in the presence of Eng. Khaled Abdel Ghaffar – CEO of AlNahla Real Estate Sector, and senior executives of AlNahla group. After that, a dining event was conducted in the presence of executive team from both companies.
