SIGNING OF SO/ JEDDAH ROSE HOSPITALITY MANAGEMENT CONTRACT AGREEMENT BETWEEN ALNAHLA GROUP & ACCOR GROUP
Al Ameen Real Estate Company (part of AlNahla Group) has signed a hotel management agreement with Ennismore Arabia (a lifestyle hospitality joint venture with Accor) for the Luxurious So/ Hotel and Residence to be part of their Jeddah Rose Project in KSA. SO/ hotels are a playful mix of sophistication and the dynamic style of each locale. Highly creative and fashion-led, each SO/ is an avant-garde masterpiece imaginatively inspired by an iconic, signature designer.
The Signing Event was conducted on 10th October 2022 at the Al Nahla Group’s Executive Offices which included a signoff between Mr. Muhammad Wajeeh Sharbatly, Group CEO, and Mr. Gaurav Bhushan, Global Development Officer of Accor Group.
At the beginning of the signing ceremony, Mr. Yasser Sharbatly, Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors, Chairman of the Hospitality Sector, welcomed Mr. Gaurav, saying: “I would like to welcome you to Al Nahla Group on signing the management agreement with your respected company (Accor) in our first hospitality project (Jeddah Rose). There has been a continuous relationship between us in many projects in the middle east and we hope to have a constant strategic relationship in Saudi Arabia”
Eng. Khaled Abdel Ghaffar, the CEO of the Real Estate Sector, confirmed that “the Jeddah Rose project is envisioned to be an iconic and groundbreaking within its prime location with its unique organic shape that is modernistic and contemporary. It is also strategical located in a premium area with key landmarks (including Corniche nearby) and is easily accessible by the main arteries (King Abdul Aziz Road, Tahlia Street) of the Western City”
Apart from the 147 Keys Hotel, the Project will also house AlNahla Group headquarters – being prepared as a Top End Grade A office. It will also have a rooftop pool, Plush F&B retail outlets, a multipurpose hall, and meeting rooms with two-level basement parking.
Presently the structural work of the project has been completed and it is currently in the finishing stage. The project will be completed by the End of 2024.
The signing ceremony was witnessed by the consultant Mr. Munib Hammoud, beside Al Ameen Real Estate team.
